EUCO Napoli 2027 is the European Rotaract Convention, bringing together Rotaractors and guests from across Europe and beyond for days of networking, cultural exchange, learning and shared experiences in Italy.

The main convention is scheduled for 15–18 April 2027. The wider EUCO experience, including the Pre-EUCO and Post-EUCO programmes, is planned for 12–20 April 2027. Check the official programme for the dates of each activity.

The experience spans three destinations: Caserta for Pre-EUCO, Naples for the main convention and the Amalfi Coast for Post-EUCO.

Rotaract is an international network of clubs that brings people together through service, leadership, professional development and friendship.

Rotaract Europe connects Rotaract clubs and members across Europe, encouraging international cooperation, networking and shared initiatives.

EUCO Napoli 2027 aims to welcome up to 1,000 young people from different countries. The final number will depend on registrations and event capacity.

EUCO Napoli 2027 is organised by Rotaract District 2101 – Campania, through its Host Organising Committee (HOC).

English will be the main language used for official communications and the international programme.

The event is primarily intended for the international Rotaract community. Any additional eligibility requirements for specific packages or activities will be stated when registration opens.

The main convention hotel will be Holiday Inn Naples, located in the Centro Direzionale di Napoli (CDN). Details about room types, accommodation arrangements and included services will be published through official channels.

The distance between the main hotel and any additional accommodation will be confirmed once the full hotel arrangements are announced.

Yes. Breakfast is included in packages that provide a hotel stay.

The Post-EUCO hotel will be Hotel Bonadies in Ravello, on the Amalfi Coast. Further information about accommodation, activities and included services will be published through official channels.

Naples can be reached by air, train and road. Travel information and recommended connections will be shared on the official website.

Naples International Airport (NAP) is the most direct airport for the main convention. Depending on your itinerary, other airports may also be suitable.

Any organised airport transfer services, routes and booking conditions will be confirmed in the official travel information.

Travel arrangements between the Pre-EUCO, main convention and Post-EUCO destinations will be detailed in the relevant programme and package information.

The main convention will take place in Naples, with activities at venues to be announced in the official programme. Pre-EUCO will take place in Caserta and Post-EUCO on the Amalfi Coast.

The programme, venues and activity schedule will be published and updated on the official EUCO Napoli 2027 website.

Country Booths are a traditional opportunity for international participants to share their cultures. Details about the EUCO Napoli 2027 format and participation rules will be announced with the programme.

Gala Dinner information, including the venue, dress code and ticket eligibility, will be provided in the official programme and package descriptions.

Pre-EUCO is the experience planned in Caserta ahead of the main convention, giving participants an opportunity to discover the area and connect with other attendees.

Post-EUCO is the experience planned on the Amalfi Coast after the main convention, with Hotel Bonadies in Ravello as the accommodation venue. The detailed programme will be announced separately.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality and personal travel circumstances. Please check the official requirements issued by the competent Italian consular authorities well before travelling.

Yes. If you require documentation confirming your participation, email hoc@euconapoli2027.it with your request. The organising team will review it and provide the necessary assistance.

No. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant consular authorities. An invitation letter may support an application but does not guarantee approval.

The social project and ways to take part will be presented through official event communications once confirmed.
